Hugo saved the day! Woke up without heat the day after a snowstorm. Had an HVAC technician that came out and confirmed there was no power to our heatpump and recommended to contact an electrician. Reached out Electric All Pro who was able to come out same day regardless of road conditions. Hugo was very courteous and informative, and immediately resolved the issue, saving us from a night with near record low temperature.
